Jonathan Karrant puts his own twist on songs with his warm, rich voice and unique arrangements. On July 13th, Karrant and his all-star band will turn up the heat performing soulful selections from the American Songbook originally made popular by artists such as; Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra, Lou Rawls, Van Morrison, The Beatles and more. Come celebrate life and live music with this incredibly talented artist.
Karrant's album, “On and On” hit #4 on the Billboard Jazz charts and his album Live hit #2 on the iTunes Charts. He has received honors throughout the states including; the New York City Cabaret Honors, “Best Singer” for the Bravo California Awards and was named one of the top 10 rising vocalists by Downbeat.
“A voice, romantic without being cloying, warm but not forced, Karrant carries songs with an emotional weight that reaches your soul. At the same time he can swing with the kind of jazz suave that was patented by Mel Torme.” - Jazz Corner.
